Sync sales credit memos from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to Shopify

As a Shopify merchant, if your Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) work out of Shopify or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, your CSRs can sync sales credit memos from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to Shopify. This will help your finance team to be aware of refund orders and will help them in keeping the accounts in balance. The new flow, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central sales credit memo to Shopify refund (add) syncs sales credit memos in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as refunds to Shopify. Important: The flow is available only to the Standard Edition of the integration app.

Sync refunds from Shopify to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

A new flow, Shopify refund to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central sales credit memo (add) syncs Shopify refunds as sales credit memos to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Sync posted sales invoices from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to Shopify

A new flow, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central posted sales invoices to Shopify billing (add) syncs posted sales invoices from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as billing in Shopify. When a posted sales invoice is added to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, the flow exports billing information from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to Shopify. Sync Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central items to Shopify as products

As a Shopify merchant, you must keep your Shopify products in sync with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central items so that any updates made to the products are automatically reflected in Shopify. This lets you reduce errors related to product specifications across different product types.

A new flow, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central items to Shopify products (add or update) syncs items from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to Shopify as products. When an item(s) is added/updated to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, the flow exports the item information from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to Shopify.
