Limitation/Known Issue:
For multiple clients, we noticed that the Shopify Platform has a different Risk Value (Low, Medium, High) in the UI and the Shopify REST API. Since our Integration App is reading the value from the API and the customer's reference point is the Shopify UI, there is a disparity. Celigo has submitted a query on Shopify forums with details on this bug, and the expectation is that customers who are seeing this, get in touch with their Shopify account managers to try to have this prioritized.

Any news on this?? Started seeing this recently. The orders seem to be saved in NetSuite but still throw and error. maybe you should change the lookup so it doesn't attempt if there's no data? Appreciate your comment on this issue.
Any updates on this?
There doesn't seem a clear solution and it's been a month of working through options to resolve this.
The links in this post have been retired and there's no other information in the Celigo forums about this.
The advice shopify have been giving are to access orders via a different end point, which isn't an option with the IO APP.
