- New simple search functionality for the Bank Transactions and NetSuite Transactions pane
Other than the Sort option for Unmatched Transactions in the Silicon Valley Bank Dashboard for the SVB Bank Reconciliation Connector, a new search box has been added for both the Bank Transactions and NetSuite Transactions pane.
This search box allows you to effortlessly search for a string across all the transactions fields and filter through a list of transactions in order to match them. This simple yet helpful feature that allows you to quickly search for matching transactions and thus reduces manual effort and time invested in the process. One of the use cases would be to search for customer names, remarks or account numbers in the memo or description fields and match them. This feature leverages you to search through descriptions or memos present in transactions.
- Scroll Function
Prior to this enhancement, the Bank Transactions and NetSuite Transactions pane in the Silicon Valley Bank Dashboard for the SVB Bank Reconciliation Connector had a single scrolling option. Using this scroll, fields in both the panes use to move up and down.
With this enhancement, separate scrolling option for the Bank Transactions and NetSuite Transactions pane have been enhanced to make it more user-friendly by allowing you to maintain and track selections on either side while searching for matching transactions on the other pane.
The matched transactions will, in turn, be highlighted with a green vertical line. This provides the user, a quick visual indication of all the matched transactions relative to a selected Bank or NetSuite transaction.
- Enhanced the Hide a transaction feature
A new checkbox, Show Hidden, has been added as part of this enhancement in the Bank Transactions and NetSuite Transactions pane in the Silicon Valley Bank Dashboard for the SVB Bank Reconciliation Connector.
You can hide transactions by simply clicking on the Hide Transaction link on the transaction. When selected, this new checkbox allows you to view the hidden transactions. The hidden transaction records thus made visible are displayed with the Marked for Hiding label to distinguish them other transactions. You can simply click on Marked for Hiding to unhide these transactions.
