JIRA integration app Components

The following objects are created in JIRA as part of the NetSuite integration app for JIRA. These are created via the Add-On in JIRA.

1. WebHooks:
• JIRA Customer to NetSuite Customer Export
• JIRA Issue to NetSuite Case Export
• JIRA Issue to NetSuite Issue Export
• JIRA Issue to NetSuite Project Task Export
• JIRA Project to NetSuite Project (custom) Export
2. Custom Fields:
• NetSuite Billable - Required for Time Tracking 
• NetSuite Customer - Used to populate Customer picklist from NetSuite 
• NetSuite Id - Required for JIRA integration app internal use
• NetSuite Issue Number - Used to populate Issue Number from NetSuite Issue
• NetSuite Product - Used to populate Product picklist from NetSuite 
• NetSuite Service Item - Required for Time Tracking 
• NetSuite Status - Used to populate Issue Status from NetSuite 
• NetSuite Update - Required for JIRA integration app internal use
3. REST API endpoint code to enable Custom fields on a screen.
