An issue was encountered where the Product ID mass update wouldn't bring in one (1) item. Upon investigation, it was discovered that in the Shopify account, the items that were not coming in via the mass Variant ID update had the sales channel set as 'Point of Sale'. If the item contained any combination with/without 'Point of Sale', the Variant ID was obtained.
There is a limitation within Shopify in which it won't qualify these types of items as published. Since our Shopify Item Mass Update flow will only pick published items, these items are not being picked.
Therefore, if the item is marked solely as Point of Sale, we can not bring the Variant ID into NetSuite. Please note that this is a Shopify limitation, not a Celigo Integration App limitation.
