Issue: An Order is not going through NetSuite. The error showing in integrator.io is that 'there are Multiple Matches for that item'.
This is a NetSuite issue that occurs when an Item's name and Vendor code match. The NetSuite search returns all the items.
Error message: "More than one match for "[["itemid" ..."
Reason: Item Name matches Vendor code. Look under the vendor tab.
Solution: Go to the Edit the search > Criteria Tab > Standard Sub tab and remove ‘Name’ and use this field instead: ‘Name (Internal)’. This will exclude results with the same Vendor Code.
