Can I switch from my Sandbox to Production Instance?

Question:

In my Salesforce-NetSuite Connector, can I change my sandbox instance to a production instance through integrator.io?

Answer:

1. In integrator.io, there is no path to convert a sandbox instance to a production instance directly.  The production instance will have to be set up separately.  In essence, you will have to set up two instances of the same connector in the integrator.io account, one with the sandbox credentials and the other with the production credentials.
2. Once the second instance of the connector is installed with the production credentials, you can use the settings migration utility by going into the production NetSuite account and importing the settings from the sandbox instance.  Once the import is done, the settings will reflect in integrator.io since integrator.io is simply a front end for SuiteScript-based connectors.
