How to install Salesforce - SuiteBilling Add-On
The installation requires an additional NetSuite bundle to be installed in the NetSuite account and an additional package to be installed in the Salesforce account. As a prerequisite Celigo Salesforce - NetSuite Connector should already be installed in the NetSuite and Salesforce account before the Subscription Billing integration can be installed. How does the connector work?
The Salesforce - SuiteBilling Add-On can be set up, maintained, and monitored from integrator.io. Within the settings section you can enable/disable integration flows, change mappings and use a number of Advanced Setting options to control different aspects of the integration with few simple clicks. The integration owner can also monitor the integration and address errors from an intuitive real-time dashboard which shows the flows run till now, how many records synced and errors if any. The integration owner can retry errors right from the dashboard.
When you install the package associated with the Salesforce - SuiteBilling Add-On in your Salesforce account, the connector creates few custom fields in your Salesforce account. These fields are similar to the billing subscription records in NetSuite, like Billing Schedule, Billing Account, Subscription, Subscription plans, and so on.
The various data flows in the Salesforce - SuiteBilling Add-On helps you sync these records between NetSuite and Salesforce and hence automate the Subscription Billing process.
