Why is my Shopify-NetSuite Integration App creating duplicate customers in NetSuite?
Answer:
Upon investigation, it was discovered that one customer was created at 7:02.23 through the Order Flow and the duplicate was created at 7:02.24 through the Customer Flow. In this circumstance, they had their Customer Import Flow scheduled for every 5 minutes and due to this, the probability of a simultaneous trigger of the Order Flow and Customer Flow increases for the order placed with a new customer.
It is suggested that the Customer Flow be scheduled for every 30 minutes to reduce the chance of duplicate customers.
