In the course of testing the Integration App before moving it to Production, as well as modifying the page layout for what your Salesforce users can see in Production, we have outlined recommendations for which fields, buttons, and/or related lists should be added based on the edition of the Integration App you have. This is not a requirement for the Integration App to function properly, but a recommendation.
