Once an order is marked as canceled/closed in NetSuite, the order in Magento 2 is also automatically marked as canceled by the Integration App. The Integration App only supports full cancellations. Partial cancellations are not supported in Magento 2 as this is a Magento 2 API limitation.
The data flow keeps the canceled/closed orders between NetSuite and Magento 2 in sync. The flow supports the following scenarios:
- Flow syncs full cancellations
- Order status in Magento 2 reflects as Cancelled in case of full cancellations
Access the Cancellation data flow from the Settings section in the Integration App. Select and Save the appropriate Saved Search from the Advanced Settings section and then Run the flow (click the 'Play' button).
The status of the flow is visible in the Dashboard.
Go to Magento 2 and validate that the cancellation information is successfully exported from NetSuite.
