Problem: NetSuite Pricing to Commerce Cloud Pricing Add/Update flow is generating error "Extension Response is not Serialized".
Resolution: This error is due to the password expiring on the Staging Site. The credentials in the staging site for Salesforce Commerce Cloud will need to be updated and added to NetSuite. Once updated, the flow should run successfully.
The Salesforce Commerce Cloud Connector uses a staging site for some of the flows. Typically, product and pricing flows will go to a staging site first. In order to determine if the flow is routed through a staging site, you can view the "General" data flows in Salesforce Commerce cloud to see the listing of the flows going to staging versus production. This will help to provide more insight as to which connection could be offline. When a call is made and there is no response, or an invalid response, the error received is the "OFFLINE" error.
The example below shows the error occurring on the pricing flow. The dashboard allows you to view the error.
