Issue:
When syncing transaction records to Salesforce, the following error occurs "USER_ERROR Message: Please choose an item to add"
Possible Causes:
- Item on NetSuite has a corresponding Product in Salesforce that is Inactive or deleted. Make sure that items are active for the connector to recognize them during a sync.
- NetSuite item does not have the corresponding Salesforce ID on the Custom tab of the item record. All items need to be synced in order for the connector to recognize them during sync. This means that there should be a Salesforce ID on the Item record under the Custom tab corresponding to the product in Salesforce. Alternately, there should also be a NetSuite Item Internal ID on the Salesforce Product.
- Items being synced are of Description Item Type. Currently, Description Items are not yet supported in the connector, nor does NetSuite allow setting custom item fields on Description Items. As this is currently set as a future enhancement, an alternative solution is to remove the Description Item and sync the transaction and then add it back again on both NetSuite and Salesforce without triggering the sync.
