For many customers, NetSuite is either the master database for Employee information or it shares equal status with ADP where the customers want Employee updates to get synced from NetSuite to ADP.
Celigo’s ADP - NetSuite integration app now supports exporting Employee information from NetSuite to a CSV file and placing it on the FTP server. The CSV file is generated in the standard file format for the ADP Employee record. The ADP system can be set up (independent of the integration app) to periodically access the FTP location (as set up by the customer) and import the information from the CSV file into the ADP system.
The flow supports the standard ADP Employee csv file format for Netsuite out of the box.
If additional fields have to be exported from NetSuite, then the user can modify the saved search in NetSuite which generates this data. The integration app will then include the additional information in the CSV file which can be consumed by the ADP system.
