The Fulfillment Export flow exports item fulfillments from NetSuite to eBay. The flow exports order fulfillments from NetSuite to eBay every 15 mins and include export of data such as shipping method, tracking number, and fulfillment quantity to eBay.
Flow Details
The flow exports NetSuite’s Item Fulfillment record and creates a corresponding eBay shipment record. The Shipment record is created with the same items and quantity as present in the NetSuite fulfillment record. The flow also exports the “Package Tracking Numbers” and “Shipping Carrier” on the fulfillment record.
Note: “Shipping Carrier”, “Quantity”, and “Package tracking number” information are read from the NetSuite fulfillment record and transferred to the eBay Order record.
Flow Schedule and Monitoring
The Fulfillment Export flow runs in batch mode and can be scheduled as frequently as once every 15 minutes.
Handling Export Failure
In the case of a failed export, the errors are logged for the corresponding fulfillment record in the Celigo data flow Dashboard. You can correct the errors and retry the data flows from the data flow dashboard.
Advanced Settings enable you to select the NetSuite saved search for syncing item fulfillments. Refresh the option to fetch the latest values in the saved search.
Note:
- Partial Fulfillment is not supported in the eBay Integration App as of now.
- Multiple tracking numbers per fulfillment is not supported.

Wanted to check does it creates a separate record in eBay or just update the eBay Order record with the tracking info. Please advice.
