Description: Forms a mapping between Netsuite Items and Magento Items. This dataflow runs on a successful add/update of the magento Items via any of the following Item export dataflows:
- Items - Add/Update Items from NetSuite to Magento
- Matrix Items - Add/Update Items from NetSuite to Magento
- Kit Items - Add/Update Items from NetSuite to Magento
Additional Details:
- The mapping information is stored in the NetSuite custom record Magento1 Item Id Map
- After running the dataflow, you should see the NetSuite and Magento mapping information in Magento1 Item Id Map
Settings
- Select a NetSuite Saved Search for exporting item details
- Choose a NetSuite Saved Search for exporting these NetSuite item types: Inventory, Non-inventory, Other Charge, Service Items.
- Should be a copy of the Saved Search novamodule Magento1 Item Export Search from the bundle 15336
- Select a NetSuite Saved Search for exporting Kit item details
- Choose a NetSuite Saved Search for exporting this NetSuite item type: Matrix.
- Should be a copy of the Saved Search novamodule Magento1 Matrix Item Export Search from the bundle 153363
- Select a NetSuite Saved Search for exporting Kit item details
- Choose a NetSuite Saved Search for exporting this NetSuite item type: Kit
- Should be a copy of the Saved Search novamodule Magento1 Kit Item Export Search from the bundle 153363
- Select a NetSuite currency for exporting product price
- Choose a NetSuite currency to be used for exporting the price to Magento.
- Based on the value selected, it will export the price from that particular NetSuite Currency.
- If it is left blank, it exports the USA Currency section price by default.
- Select a NetSuite price level for exporting product price
- Choose a NetSuite price level to be used for exporting the price to Magento.
- Based on the value selected, it will export the price from that particular NetSuite price level (quantity 0 column).
- If it is left blank, it exports the List Price (quantity 0 column) price by default.
- Map Magento Customer Groups with NetSuite Price Level
- Map the Magento customer groups (group IDs) to NetSuite price levels (NetSuite internal IDs) for exporting quantity-based pricing in NetSuite to Magento as tier_price levels
- If the mapping is left empty, then it will update the tier price to empty in Magento
- To stop add/updating the tier price in Magento, remove the Tier Price from the Mapping
- Map Magento Website with NetSuite Currency to manage Magento website level Pricing (Important Note: Do not configure this section unless Magento website level pricing is enabled)
- Before configuring this setting, please make sure to set Magento Catalog Price Scope to Website in Magento. To change the Price Scope, login into Magento as admin and go to System -> Configuration -> Catalog -> Price -> Catalog Price Scope and select Website option.
- Once it's done, map the Magento Websites to NetSuite Currency (internal IDs) for exporting website-based pricing from NetSuite to Magento (both price and tier price levels)
- Also this setting will update the magento product price in website level
- Based on the Magento Website and Currency Mapping information it will update the Website price
- For Main Website from our example
- For Madison from our example
- Currently there is no option to update just the Website tier-price (without updating the website price) but will be added in a future release.
Additional Instructions
- For all the NetSuite Items under ‘Magento 1’ tab, you will see fields MAGENTO1 WEBSITES and MAGENTO1 ITEM CATEGORIES.
- To export these options [MAGENTO1 WEBSITES and MAGENTO1 ITEM CATEGORIES] into Magento, please update the mappings of the item dataflows as below
- To export a new Item from Magento to NetSuite, item field MAGENTO1 ATTRIBUTE SET under ‘Magento 1’ should have a non-empty value. If not, it will produce an error. In case of an update, this field is left empty in NetSuite
