The eBay order ID is the combination of the item ID and the transaction ID. Before, this information can be seen on the order URL. However, eBay has changed its URL format so the item and transaction IDs no longer appear there. You can still the order ID from the order page on eBay.
- On the eBay order, right-click on any blank area of the page and select "View Page Source".
- On the page source, do a search to find "itemid" or "transactionid" (the data comes one after the other so you only need to search for one).
- The order id is the combination of the itemid-transactionid in that format.

This seems pretty out of date. The Ebay UI and URI don't match the screenshots that are shown anymore.
Hi Nick, I just created a ticket to get this article revised. Thanks for letting us know it needs to happen.
I am coming across an error where the Celigo Data Flow states that the order does not exist. I have checked the itemid-transactionid and they are correct. Has anyone come across this?
Just running through the integration process, a lot of docs seem either out of date or unclear. Also a point of note ItemID#-TransID# is only good for an Ebay order with 1 item, for an order with multiple lines you need the OrderID# by itself to bring in the order. I had to find an older group Zoom demonstration to understand this.
As an example single line order: 392266728005-1081526279026 vs multi line order 270104759016
So I am struggling with this since I am now getting an error that says it can't find the Order in eBay even with the instructions provided above and also the comments.
The order in fact does exist in eBay, has been transacted, and is complete shipping and notification.
Hi Gabe, from your last sentence you mention transacted and completed/shipping etc. if this is the case in Ebay itself it may be in your order settings as I know when I did the integration I needed to decided how to ignore already complete orders and so on. So the integrator maybe ignoring it if it's already a complete order (from an ebay point of view).
Sure would be nice if they explain that before asking someone to try and test based on all the default settings. SMH. Well I guess I will go figure that out.
It was quite a learning curve for me also, additionally Ebay's test accounts are rubbish so most of my testing happened live which wasn't ideal. On the positive side I'm actually not in this line of work normally, merely only a power user on Netsuite so it is possible to integrate with limited knowledge. I also had to do quite a lot of work on the saved searches in Netsuite to get the desired integration responses for most elements of the integration.
Hello Gabe Parr
Were you able to resolve the error you were seeing?
