The NetSuite realtime export flow can fail due to the selected subsidiary language preference when it does not match the NetSuite language preference setting (English). NetSuite replaces any other language character that doesn't match the environment language settings with English characters.
Use the following steps to set the subsidiary language preference to English:
- Sign in to your NetSuite user account.
- Click the Home icon and select Set preferences.
- In the General tab, navigate to the Localisation section.
- Select English (International) from the Language drop-down list as the language preference.
- Click Save.
You can also resolve these errors by using the internal ID instead of a field name.
