If you are using case pack shipments for your FBA orders, you can now sync them to NetSuite using the NetSuite Transfer Order to Amazon Inbound Shipment Plan and NetSuite Transfer Order to Amazon Inbound Shipment flows after making some changes in NetSuite. The changes that you must make in NetSuite and the changes made to the NetSuite Transfer Order to Amazon Inbound Shipment flow are described in Manage case pack shipments in NetSuite.
Important
Limitations:
-
The parent transfer order should contain either case pack shipments or individual shipments.
-
If the parent transfer order contains a combination of case pack shipments or individual shipments, the integration app will not process the transfer order.
-
If you want to manage case pack shipments in a NetSuite sandbox account, update the NetSuite bundle in your sandbox account and raise a request with our support team.
The Post Amazon shipment carton contents step is added in the NetSuite Transfer Order to Amazon Inbound Shipment flow to update the shipment carton contents specifying the SKU, the Amazon shipment ID, and the number of items per carton to Amazon.
You can manage your inbound shipments, inbound shipment plans, and item receipts automatically with the Transfer Order (TO) – Shipment add-on. See Manage your FBA shipments and NetSuite transfer orders (add-on) for additional information.
