Shopify announced that the “ processing_method” field in the Orders API will be deprecated soon. To overcome this business problem, Celigo has enhanced the integration app to leverage the “ gateway ” field in the Transactions API. So, all merchants using the “ processing_method ” field for payments must now move the payment method mapping from the processing method to the payment gateway.
A new checkbox Map Shopify payment gateway to NetSuite payment method has been added in the Settings > Order > Payment tab to update the payment method mapping. Before you enable this checkbox, make sure that you follow the instructions in Update payment method mapping .
Important
The feature release will be available by January 24, 2024. Make sure to update the mapping from the processing method to the payment gateway by Feb 15, 2024.
You can configure metafields using the settings or the NetSuite saved search approaches. This fix now supports deleting metafields configured via the NetSuite saved search approach.

The integration app now supports syncing discounts for orders and refunds from Shopify to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Earlier, only the orders with manual discounts were getting synced. With this enhancement, the integration app supports syncing the manual, BOGO (Buy One Get One), and script discounts for orders and refunds.
Important
Limitations:
-
This enhancement supports syncing discounts from Shopify to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, not vice-versa.
-
The integration app does not support syncing these script discount combinations: Tiered product discount by quantity and Product discount by customer tag.
-
Script discount on shipping is adjusted in the existing line created under the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central item. A separate line for shipping discounts will not be added.
