Grant invitation permission to non-admins
You can enable the Invitations feature and grant non-admins also permission to invite others to an integration. When this feature is enabled, inviting new users with only monitor access and assigning errors for collaboration and effective troubleshooting is made easy. It's enabled, by default, in new accounts. If it's not enabled in your account, you can enable it.
To enable the Invitation feature in an account:
- Navigate to Profile.
- On the account profile page, click the Security tab.
- In the left pane, click Invitations.
- Enable Invitations.
When the Invitations feature is
- Enabled: Non-admins can assign errors & invite new users from the Errors list. Also, they can invite new users from the Users tab in an integration.
- Disabled: Non-admins cannot assign errors or invite new users from the Errors list. Also, the Invite users option in the Users tab in an integration is not shown.
