This article explains the Date - Time Zone mapping options in integrator.io using an example of a customer record that is exported from NetSuite and imported into Salesforce as an Account.
This is a sample Customer record created in NetSuite as a Saved Search. The date - time stamp is highlighted.
Create a data flow in integrator.io
Export section showing the NetSuite Saved Search record "Sf DateTime Import".
The Import section shows the Salesforce Account.
The mapping section shows the Salesforce form and the date/time mapping fields.
Click the gear icon to set up the mapping options.
Select the date time-zone options from the ‘Standard mapping’ feature.
The format corresponds to the date/timezone format set up in NetSuite.
Date format set up in NetSuite.
Time zone format set up in NetSuite.
Save the mappings in integrator.io and complete the data flow creation. Run the data flow.
The dashboard shows successful record creation.
The record is visible in Salesforce.
Open the record to view the date/timezone stamp as configured in NetSuite.
