ADP - NetSuite integration app is a cloud integration between ADP and NetSuite. The integration app enables you to keep employee information always in sync from ADP to NetSuite and import ADP payroll records into NetSuite as journal entries. ADP - NetSuite integration app is a one-way integration and not bi-directional. We can only get updates from ADP into NetSuite. We cannot push updates from NetSuite to ADP. ADP creates a CSV file and places it on an FTP server. The integration app reads the CSV file and imports the records into NetSuite. Any new updates from ADP into NetSuite happens via CSV files only.
Note: Two editions of the integration app are available. The Standard edition only has the payroll flow while the Premium edition has payroll and employee flow both.
Data Flow: Import Payroll Journal Entry to NetSuite from ADP
ADP creates a Journal Entry after calculating the payroll run. The Integrator retrieves the file, makes adjustments and imports to NetSuite.
Data Flow: Import New and Updated Employees from ADP to NetSuite
A file is created by ADP, containing new and updated employees and placed at a FTP server. The integration app retrieves this file from the FTP server, creates new Employee records and updates existing Employee records in NetSuite.
The Celigo integrator.io platform enables you to manage the data flows. The prebuilt data flows are triggered from the settings dashboard. The data flow settings can also be fine tuned from this section. Field mapping can be modified. Multiple types of field mapping options are available. The dashboard provides the status of the integration jobs. Errors are isolated and processed from within the dashboard. The integration app is installed from the integrator.io marketplace.
