The JIRA - NetSuite integration app allows companies to improve issue management by providing the right visibility of issues throughout the organization. In most organizations, handling issues, service requests and escalations require multiple teams to come together. These teams often work with different applications and systems.
The JIRA - NetSuite integration app allows real-time sharing of information between JIRA and NetSuite to increase productivity and ensure that teams are always up to date with the latest data. A SaaS product, the integration app is customizable, fast, and can be up and running in minutes.

When an Issue is created in NetSuite, it is automatically added to JIRA as an Issue. When the Issue is updated in NetSuite, the Issue is also updated in JIRA in real-time. Similarly, when Issues are created or updated in JIRA, the same Issue is also created or updated in NetSuite. This bi-directional synchronization keeps both systems up-to-date without having to manually create or update issues eliminating duplication of work and resulting in a consolidated view of the business. You can also sync all issues at once or sync Issues based on priority.
Flexible Mapping options enable you to edit and modify field mappings. In JIRA all Issues are created under a Project. The integration app syncs the Projects created in JIRA in real-time to allow users to select under which Project they want the NetSuite Issue to sync. The Project fields are exported from JIRA to NetSuite to enable Issue tracking at a Project level.
Installation and set-up are easy. The data flows are configured using Celigo’s proprietary integration platform, integrator.io. The JIRA integration app appears as an Integration tile on the IO dashboard and the statuses of the jobs are displayed in the dashboard. Troubleshooting errors is easy with Retry options. You can turn off or turn on specific flows based on your business. All data flows are real-time resulting in efficiency and productivity for the business.
