This flow syncs a NetSuite Employee as a JIRA User. This flow is unidirectional from NetSuite to JIRA.

• The flow can be configured to sync all NetSuite Employees of type Project resource to be synced as a user in JIRA.
• The flow can also be configured to sync only specific individual employees to be synced as a user in JIRA.

If you want an employee in NetSuite to be available as a User in JIRA, then use this flow to sync automatically. You can specify which particular NetSuite Employee gets created in JIRA or you can choose to create all Project resources in NetSuite in JIRA.

Create an employee in NetSuite.

User Sync settings data flow in integrator.io. Enable the data flow and set up advanced settings.

The real time flow status is displayed in the dashboard.

Flow is successfully completed. Data is instantly exported to JIRA.

NetSuite employee is visible in JIRA as a user.

Advanced Settings

Sync all NetSuite Project Resources as JIRA Users: If this setting is selected all NetSuite Employees marked as Project resource will be created as Users in JIRA. Select the checkbox.
