The Fulfillment Export flow exports item fulfillments from NetSuite to Magento in real time. As soon as the item fulfillment status is set to “Shipped” & the record is saved in NetSuite, it is queued for export. Once the NetSuite fulfillment is successfully exported to Magento, the connector checks the Magento Shipping Sync Complete field under the Magento Subtab of the Item Fulfillment record. The flow supports both partial and complete fulfillment of orders, whether the fulfillment was completed individually or via NetSuite’s bulk fulfillment feature.

- Package Tracking Numbers
- Shipping Carrier
- Shipping Method
Handling Export Failure
In case of a failed export, the connector does not try to re-export the fulfillment automatically. When the error has been addressed and the fulfillment is ready to be exported again, save the record to trigger the fulfillment export. When there is an error, the link to the item fulfillment is included in the Celigo Integration error log.
