The Shipping Export flow exports item fulfillments from NetSuite to Magento. When a Shipping Export flow completes, the connector checks the Magento Shipping Sync Complete box on the Custom tab of each Item Fulfillment exported, as shown below. This happens regardless of whether the export for a fulfillment was successful or not.
Handling Export Failures
In case of a failed export, the connector does not try to re-export the fulfillment automatically. When the error has been addressed and the fulfillment is ready to be exported again, you must manually uncheck the Magento Shipping Sync Complete box. The connector then automatically exports that fulfillment during the next scheduled shipping export. When there is an error, the link to the item fulfillment is included in the Celigo Job Export error log as shown below.
Flow Schedule and Monitoring
The shipping export flow runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on an hourly basis. However, the schedule can be customized if needed. The export can be monitored from the Integration Dashboard.
Note: The connector does not update the status of the order in Magento as part of the shipping export.
