The General Settings section enables you to map SVB Accounts and NetSuite Accounts, edit your Credentials, set Transaction Matching Criteria, view Last Flow Run Dates, and navigate to the SVB Bank Dashboard for performing reconciliations. You can also manage (update/edit) your NetSuite and SVB connections.
Mapping Accounts from Settings > General
In the 'Map Account' section, you can create a mapping between SVB Accounts and NetSuite Records. Only One to One Account mapping is supported. In addition to bank accounts, SVB Credit Card accounts are also supported.
To map the Accounts, click Map Accounts. The SVB – NetSuite Account Map window is displayed. Here you can add new mappings or remove existing mappings.
Support for multiple bank accounts: The Connector supports multiple bank account types such as savings account, loan accounts and credit card accounts.
To add a new mapping, click in the row to find the list of bank accounts / credit card accounts and select a value.
If you don't see your accounts, click the refresh icon (1) in the bank account column to fetch the current values. This will bring all SVB accounts associated with the user credentials. Once the refresh is complete, the credit card accounts will also show up in the dropdown (2). Select the one you want to map and tie it with a NetSuite account in the second column (3) and click Save. The mappings are created.
Set up Transaction Matching Criteria
In the Bank Account Type section, set up the matching criteria set as ‘Others’ for Credit Card accounts. Refer topic: Set Transaction Matching Criteria in SVB Connector.
When the import flow runs, the Connector imports the transactions associated with the mapped credit card accounts in NetSuite along with other mapped accounts. The flow will run as per schedule or you can run it on demand using the Play icon. The credit card transactions will then start showing up in the SVB Dashboard.
Note - The Connector will bring only new transactions i.e. from the date of mapping the credit card account. It will not bring any historical data to prevent creation of duplicates in NetSuite.
To remove the mappings, select the Account (row) and click Remove.
Note: Only One to One Account Mapping is supported.
Start date for New Bank Accounts: Provide the start date for accounts.
