Map Organization Keys in the Zendesk Support - NetSuite integration app

We can map these fields in the Zendesk Support integration app by using the following IDs:

• Tags - text field
  organization.tags
• Domains - text field
  organization.domains
• Group - picklist, enter the ID of the group
  organization.group
• Users - conditional boolean field. values are 0 or 1. The subfield is the comments with boolean values 0 and 1.
  organization.shared_tickets
  organization.shared_comments
• Details - text field
  organization.details
• Notes - text field
  organization.notes
