This data flow exports employees (designated as support executives) in NetSuite to Zendesk Support as Agents.

In the integration app, go to Settings > Agent Sync > Sync custom Agent roles from Zendesk to NetSuite. This is a real-time flow. When an employee record is created and saved in NetSuite, it is automatically exported to Zendesk as an agent.
Select the Sync custom Agent roles from Zendesk to NetSuite checkbox to enable syncing of custom agent roles from Zendesk to NetSuite. If new roles are created in Zendesk, uncheck and reselect this checkbox, then save the setting to refresh and sync the newly added roles to NetSuite.
The integrator dashboard provides the status of the data flow.
The record is visible in Zendesk as an Agent.
