In NetSuite, please load the employee record with internal ID XXX. (1) Make sure the employee record is active. (2) Go to the Human Resources tab and make sure the ‘Sales Rep’ checkbox is set to true. (3) Verify that you are able to set the Sales Rep field in NetSuite (in the browser) on the Quote or Sales Order page to the employee with internal ID XXX. (4) If you have multiple subsidiaries enabled, make sure your integration user’s role (Setup -> Manage Roles) has access to the subsidiary that the employee with ID XXX belongs to. By default, Celigo integrations use the Integration Administrator role.
