Data Flow Settings
Data Flow Settings are accessed from the Integration App, represented by the integration tile in the home page (gear icon).
The data flow settings are categorized as General Settings and Data Flow Settings.
The General Settings are global options (such as currency set up, subsidiary set up etc.) and are discussed here.
Data flow groups: The data flows are organized in the left navigation as data flow groups (eg. Account, Contact etc.). Select the data flow group to view the data flow within the group (refer example).
Turn on / off data flow: You can enable or disable the data flows manually (green/grey switch)
Run data flows: Click the 'play' button to run the data flows. The 'run' button is disabled for real-time flows. Real-time flows are designed to run automatically when a new record is created or an existing record is updated in the source system.
Field mappings: Add or edit pre-built field mappings.
Advanced Settings: Reset the pre-built flow and save settings to tweak the flows as per your business.
Integration Dashboard
Access the Dashboard from the option at the top right corner of the data flow Settings page. The dashboard enables you to visually manage your data flows. The status of the data flows is colour-coded (green for success, red for failure, orange for partial success/failure). The number of successful records exported and ignored is displayed. You can identify, review, and resolve errors from within the dashboard. You can also re-try the flows without having to go back to the Settings page. You have options to sort flows based on flow name, status and date range. You can hide empty jobs to avoid clutter.
