Error: INVALID_KEY_OR_REF: Invalid Price Reference Key -1

Problem:

On on of our opportunities we are receiving the following NetSuite sync error: 

INVALID_KEY_OR_REF: Invalid price reference key -1

Is there something that we can do ourselves to get past this or is support required? 

Solution:

The issue here is that one of the Products on the Opportunity record does not have a NetSuite ID.  The field is blank therefore, during the sync, it is unable to see that item. You can update the product record to reflect the NetSuite ID and the opportunity will sync.
