The following error will also be reported in Salesforce:

must have a unique name.]
The contact being synced from Salesforce to NetSuite already exists. We use the email address as a unique identifier and when it is being searched in NetSuite, the connector finds a similar value.
Steps To Resolve Error
- Open Salesforce. Copy the 18 digit Salesforce ID provided on the error.
- On the record in Salesforce, look for the email address and search for it in NetSuite.
- On the contact record in NetSuite, see if the value of the NetSuite ID in Salesforce is the same as the InternalID of the contact.
- Edit the Contact record in Salesforce. Copy the NetSuite internal ID of the contact form NetSuite and paste it in the Salesforce NetSuite ID field of the contact record in Salesforce.
