Contact Needs the Email Field Populated to Sync Between Salesforce and NetSuite

Definition

For contacts, we use the email address as the primary key for linking contact records in Salesforce with contact records in NetSuite.  Due to this, we restrict syncing of contacts that don't have the email field populated.

Workaround

If you need the contact to sync, we recommend that you put a unique email address on the contact record to allow it to sync.  Example: hold123@company.com
