Before You Begin
Before you begin with the installation of Salesforce - NetSuite Integration App, perform the steps mentioned below.
1. Accomplish the steps mentioned in the Prerequisites article.
2. Install the integrator.io and Salesforce bundles in NetSuite.
a. Install integrator.io bundle in NetSuite.
b. Install Salesforce Bundle in NetSuite.
Install integrator.io bundle in NetSuite
To install the integrator.io bundle in NetSuite:
1. In NetSuite, go to Customization > SuiteBundler > Search & Install Bundles.
2. In the Search bar, enter "Celigo integrator.io". Find Bundle ID 20038.
3. Click Install.
Install Salesforce Bundle in NetSuite
To install the Salesforce bundle in NetSuite:
1. In NetSuite, go to Customization > SuiteBundler > Search & Install Bundles.
2. In the KEYWORDS textbox, enter "Celigo Salesforce Connector" and click Search Find Bundle ID 48893.
3. Click Install.
Install Salesforce - NetSuite Integration App
To install Salesforce - NetSuite Integration App :
1. In integrator.io, go to integrator.io Menu (the Waffle icon) > Integration Marketplace > Salesforce > Salesforce - NetSuite Connector.
2. Click Install. The Salesforce - NetSuite Integration App Setup page appears.
3. On the Salesforce - NetSuite Integration App Setup page,
a. For NetSuite Connection, click the Click to Install link and select either of the following authentication types.
- (RECOMMENDED) Select Authentication Type as Token and also perform the following steps.
1. In NetSuite, Assign Role to a NetSuite user.
2. Create access tokens for IO.
3. In the NetSuite Connection window, enter the following details Environment, Account ID, Token Id, Token Secret, I Client.
Note: Token Id and Token Secret are the access token values you got from Step 2.
4. Click Test. You will see the Connection is working fine message; then click Save.
- Select Authentication Type as Basic and perform the following steps:
1. Enter your NetSuite email id and password and then click Validate. The button label changes to Validated and then you can select the desired values for Environment, Account, and Role.
2. Click the Save button.
b. For Integrator Bundle, the Installed status will come automatically. This is because you have already installed the integrator.io bundle.
Note: If you are seeing the Click to Install link, click the link and this will open the NetSuite login page. Log in to NetSuite using your NetSuite credentials and the Click to Install link will automatically convert to the Verify Now link. Now click Verify Now.
c. For Salesforce Bundle, the Installed status will come automatically. This is because you have already installed the Salesforce bundle.
Note: If you are seeing the Click to Install link, click the link and this will open the NetSuite login page. Log in to NetSuite using your NetSuite credentials and the Click to Install link will automatically convert to the Verify Now link. Now click Verify Now.
d. For NetSuite Connection, click the Click to Install link.
- (RECOMMENDED) Select Authentication Type as Token and also perform the following steps.
1. In NetSuite, create an Integration application.
2. Create access tokens for Integration application.
3. Provide access tokens to the NetSuite connection.
- Select Authentication Type as Basic and perform the following steps:
1. Enter your NetSuite Role ID, Email, and Password and then click Test. The Connection is working fine! message appears.
2. Click the Save button.
e. For Salesforce Connection, click the Click to Install link.
1. Enter the appropriate details in Username, Password, Security Token, and Account Type.
Note: If you do not know your Security Token, in Salesforce, go to the User menu drop-down list box > Personal > Reset My Security Token.
2. Click Test. The Connection is working fine! message appears.
3. Click Save.
f. For Integrator Package, click the Click to Install link.
1. Click Install. The Approve Third Party Access dialog box is displayed.
2. Select the Yes, grant access to these third-party websites checkbox and then click Continue.
3. Once the Installation Complete message is displayed, click Done.
4. Navigate back to the Integration App installation page and then click Verify Now.
g. For Integration App Package,
1. Navigate to Salesforce setup, select the Enable Quotes check box; then click Save.
2. On the Page layout Selection page, select all the checkboxes and click Save.
3. On the Salesforce NetSuite Integration App Setup page, for Integration App Package, click Click to Install.
4. Click Install. In the Approve Third-Party Acess dialogue box select the Yes, grant access to these third-party websites checkbox; then click Continue.
5. Once the Installation Complete message is displayed, click Done.
6. Navigate back to the Integration App installation page and click Verify Now.
On the integrator.io dashboard, the Salesforce - NetSuite Integration App gets the Success label on successful installation.
