Problem:
I just changed the shipping and billing addresses for an account in Salesforce which is linked to the customer record in NetSuite. I checked NetSuite and the record didn’t change. Why is it not changing?
Solution:
This issue can be caused by multiple reasons, such as the following:
- After making the change is Salesforce, make sure that you check the Push to NetSuite in order for the sync to work. This checkbox must be checked in order to push the update into NetSuite.
- Within NetSuite, ensure that the address can be updated on the record. If you click on the pencil icon on the Edit column on the Address sub tab in NetSuite, confirm that the override is unchecked.
