The Salesforce Integration App uses your Salesforce and NetSuite credentials to connect to the respective accounts. Based on your security settings, your Salesforce and NetSuite password expires periodically. It is a best practice to proactively update your passwords in the Integration App regularly before it expires. You can update your credentials by using the Connections option in integrator.io.
If the NetSuite password for the user that is used by the Salesforce Integration App has expired, the first thing you need to do is to reset the NetSuite password. If your Salesforce Integration App is using a NetSuite user whose e-mail is in the format of <Customer>@celigo.com (where Customer is your company name), then you will not be able to reset the password in NetSuite the traditional way (i.e. by clicking “Forgot Password”). Reason: <customer>@celigo.com is not a real email address. So, the new password will not be received by anyone.
Likewise, if your Salesforce Integration App is using a NetSuite user whose e-mail is in the format of Celigo@<Customer>.com, then you will not get the new password unless you have set up Celigo@<Customer>.com in your e-mail system. (Again, <Customer> indicates your company name.)
Instead, you need to modify the password on the Employee record of <customer>@celigo.com. You can provide the new password there, but make sure NOT to check the option to reset the password upon initial login.
