When I click 'Create NetSuite Order' to create an RMA on some Salesforce opportunities, I get the popup that the sync has started, it goes through the motions, and eventually says 'Completed'. However, there is nothing created in NetSuite and no information is populated on the record in Salesforce.
If I press the button again, the box pops up and goes straight to 'Completed'. I cannot find any way to restart the process and get a sales order created.
We have only noticed this on some of our Renewal opportunities and have not been able to identify a common thread between them.
In this circumstance, all the sales orders were already closed. An RMA cannot be created on a closed sales order. Prior to creating an RMA, it is recommended to verify the order status. In order to create the RMA, the Status field must be changed to 'Open' in the Sales Order.
