Problem:
We have a Salesforce opportunity we are attempting to push to NetSuite. We received the following error:
"User Error: Please enter a payment method."
We have attempted this multiple times and we are only having this error on this one opportunity.
Solution:
Per checking on this specific record, when creating a Sales Order for the customer, the Payment Method is set to Credit Card. This information is not being passed over from Salesforce and it is required on the NetSuite form. Since the credit card information is not passed over the Integration App, a solution within NetSuite might be needed for this. Disabling the default payment method of Credit Card will remove the error.
The disabling of the default payment is set on the customer record and a NetSuite feature. If you wish to have this permanently set on all records, please contact NetSuite support.
