NetSuite Contact to Salesforce Contact real-time flow automatically syncs contacts from NetSuite to Salesforce, whenever a new contact is created or existing contact is updated. For this to happen, you need to enable the option in Advanced Settings. The Integration App exports Contacts from NetSuite to Salesforce and associates the Contact(s) to the Account.
If a stand-alone Contact is created in NetSuite, the Contact will not sync to Salesforce. Only NetSuite Contacts associated with a customer will be exported to Salesforce.
Accounts with a count of 15+ Contacts may require customization to avoid timeouts by NetSuite.
The following screens depict the data flow. A contact is created in NetSuite. The Integration App automatically triggers the flow and moves the contact to Salesforce.
Validate that the Contact is created in Salesforce.
