This data flow allows you to sync a Salesforce Opportunity as a NetSuite Opportunity. The Connector provides a button (optional) on the Salesforce Opportunity - ‘Create NetSuite Opportunity’ which when clicked syncs the Salesforce Opportunity as a NetSuite Opportunity. If the Account associated with this Opportunity is not present in NetSuite, then the Connector will create this Account as a Customer in NetSuite. The line items associated with the Salesforce Opportunity are synced to the NetSuite Opportunity as well. The following screens depict the data flow:
Ensure that the real time flow is enabled in integrator.io.
Create an opportunity in Salesforce. Provide all mandatory information in the opportunity form.
After saving the opportunity, new buttons are visible on the opportunity form. The ‘Create NetSuite Opportunity’ button enables you to push the Opportunity record to NetSuite in a single click.
Click Create NetSuite Opportunity button and the record is automatically transferred into NetSuite. The following status messages are displayed: Queued, Processing, Completed.
The opportunity is visible in NetSuite immediately after the flow is successful.
Open the record and view the internal id of the NetSuite record.
After the record is successfully exported to NetSuite, refresh the Salesforce page to see the NetSuite ID.
