General Settings
Two configuration options are available:
Option 1: Sync Salesforce Opportunities as OpenAir Projects
Option 2: Sync Salesforce Opportunity Line Items as (Individual) OpenAir Projects
Based on the selected setting, the respective data flows are displayed. The connector comes with three prebuilt data flows: Projects, Customers and Contacts
Enable Test Mode
After installing the connector, you can test the data flows before you go live with the implementation. Testing is done to verify whether the records are syncing correctly between the systems (that is, whether the record has moved from the source to the target system and vice versa).
To perform this testing, enable the given checkbox (Enable Test Mode) and provide the name of a record in the text box: ‘Test Mode Text’ and Save the setting. Next, run the corresponding data flow and verify whether the given record has moved into the target system. Only those records containing the given keywords will sync and no other records are impacted. Once you confirm that the data flow is working as per your requirements, you can start using the data flows.
Projects Data Flow Settings
The connector settings provides a number of options to control every aspect of the connector. The Projects data flow allows you to sync Salesforce Opportunities as OpenAir projects, both for create and update options. OpenAir project updates and key metrics can also be synced back to Salesforce opportunity. Salesforce Opportunity line items can be synced to OpenAir as project tasks, charges or budget transactions.
Each flow can be enabled or disabled. Click the switch to operate the flows.
Confirmation message.
Each flow comes with predefined field mappings. New field mappings can be added or existing field mappings can be modified.
A Salesforce form is loaded alongside the mapping window. Export and Import fields are mapped in the left section. To add mappings, click into the empty row in the mappings table (marked as 1) and then click into the desired field in the Salesforce form displayed in the right (marked as 2). The field is automatically entered into the mapping table. The import field is now selected from the list of OpenAir field values.
Now select the export field from the list displayed in the mappings table. Just click in the row to see the list of values. Choose the value in the OpenAir field. Click Save to complete the mapping.

Advanced settings allow you to control how the integration runs.
The advanced settings are described below.

6 - Do not update OpenAir Project if the Project stage in OpenAir - If in OpenAir the Project reaches a certain stage and that stage is selected here, then no more updates will be synced from Salesforce Opportunity to OpenAir Project. More than 1 can be selected.
7 - Select option to sync opportunity product as one of the values.
