OpenAir Project to Salesforce Opportunity Sync

OpenAir Projects can be synced to Salesforce as Opportunities. Two flows are available:

  • OpenAir Project to Salesforce Opportunity Add
  • OpenAir Project to Salesforce Opportunity Update

When a new Project is created in OpenAir, the Project can be exported to Salesforce as an Opportunity. When an existing OpenAir Project is updated, the updates are reflected in the associated Salesforce Opportunity.

NOTE: The OpenAir Project to Salesforce Opportunity Add flow is available only in Config 1 (Sync Salesforce Opportunity as OpenAir Projects) and not in Config 2 (Sync Salesforce Opportunity Line Items as OpenAir Projects). Refer General Settings section in the topic Data Flow Settings.

In the following example, an existing OpenAir Project is being updated.
