Error syncing an Opportunity with a Description or Subtotal Item

Each time you add a new description or subtotal item to Salesforce, be sure to invoke a refresh integration cache operation. Special logic is needed to process these item types.

To avoid looking up each item each time in NetSuite, the Celigo Integrator needs to cache description and subtotal item IDs.
