Note: The name “SmartConnector” will be changing to “Integration App” to more clearly establish that our pre-built Integration Apps are built on our flagship Integration Platform as a Service, integrator.io. Find out more about integrator.io.
The Contract renewal module on the NetSuite account creates a Contract Renewal transaction a predetermined of days before the Contract expires. The number of days can be configured from the Contract Renewal preferences. This contract renewal transaction can be created either as an Estimate, Sales Order or NetSuite Opportunity. This can also be set in the Contract Renewal preferences. Depending on this setting, the appropriate flow will be available in the Connector. For example, if the renewal transaction is configured as a NetSuite Estimate, there will be a Contract Renewal Estimate to Salesforce Opportunity flow available in the Connector. If the renewal transaction is set as a Sales Order, then the Contract Renewal Sales Order to Salesforce Opportunity will be available. With either type of renewal transaction, this flow will create a renewal Opportunity in Salesforce when the renewal transaction is created in NetSuite.
