Either there is no product on the opportunity, or the connector cannot locate the product/item in NetSuite using the NetSuite ID of the product in Salesforce.
Steps To Resolve Error
- Go to the item in NetSuite. Look at the URL and copy the 3 or 4 digit number at the end of the URL.
- Note: Check the Internal ID of the item in NetSuite and see if it matches the 3-4 digit number at the end of the URL.
- Go to the product in Salesforce. See if the 3 or 4 digit number is the same as the NetSuite ID value on the product in Salesforce. Edit the NetSuite ID of the product and paste the 3-4 digit number which you copied earlier from the NetSuite item's URL.
- Save and re-sync.
