This data flow allows you to sync a Salesforce Order as a NetSuite Order. The Connector provides a button (optional) on the Salesforce Order ‘Create NetSuite Order’ which when clicked syncs the Salesforce Order along with the line items as NetSuite Order. The following screens depict the data flow.
Ensure that the data flow is enabled in Integrator.
After saving a Salesforce Order, a new button ‘Create NetSuite Order’ is displayed in the form. Press the button to export this record to NetSuite.
The following status messages are displayed in the interim: queued, processing, completed.
After the order is successfully exported to NetSuite, look up for the exported sales order in NetSuite. Here, note the internal ID of the NetSuite.
Now go to the Salesforce order page that you just synced to NetSuite. You will the NetSuite ID present there because the order is successfully synced to NetSuite as Sales Order.
