Install the OpenAir - Salesforce connector

Prerequisites: Before you install this connector, it is essential to set up your Salesforce and OpenAir account to support this installation. Overview

The OpenAir - Salesforce Connector is installed from integrator.io in a few easy steps. Sign up with integrator.io using a Google ID or create an account and perform the instructions as follows:

Go to https://integrator.io/marketplace. The Prebuilt Connectors page is displayed. From the list of different Celigo connectors, open the tile for Salesforce supported connectors and go to the OpenAir - Salesforce Connector and click Install. The Setup > OpenAir - Salesforce Connector page is displayed. 

The connector is installed and set up in the integrator.io platform in seven easy steps. On the Setup > OpenAir - Salesforce Connector page, follow the instructions in the following steps to configure the OpenAir and Salesforce accounts and install the bundles and packages in your NetSuite account:

Step 1: OpenAir Connection

This step allows you to establish your OpenAir account connection with integrator.io. Use the following steps to configure OpenAir account credentials in integrator.io:

1. Click Click to Configure to establish OpenAir connection.
2. Enter the required information in the field listed in following image:
   
   
   Note: Ensure not to have spaces or special characters in the Company field.
3. Click Test to ensure your OpenAir credentials are correct before saving the record.
4. Once your credentials are successfully verified, click Save.
   

Step 2: Salesforce Connection

Use the following steps to configure Salesforce account credentials in integrator.io:

1. Click Click to Configure to establish NetSuite Connection. The Salesforce Connection dialog box is displayed.
   
2. From the Account Type drop-down list, select the type of Salesforce account that you want to connect with.
3. From the Oauth2 Flow Type drop-down list, select the value that you wish to use to establish connection.
4. Click Save & Authorize. Salesforce login page is displayed.
   
5. Enter the username that you use to login to your Salesforce account and the password associated with the same Salesforce account in the Username and Password field.
   

Step 3: Integrator Adaptor Package

Use the following steps to install the Integrator bundle in your Salesforce account:

1. Click Click to Install. The Install Integrator Distributed Adaptor window is displayed.
2. Select a tile and click Install. The Approve Third Party Access dialog box is displayed.
   
3. Select the Yes, grant access to these third-party websites checkbox and click Continue.
4. Once the Installation Complete message is displayed, click Done.
   
5. Navigate back to the connector installation page and click Verify Now.
   

Step 4: OpenAir Connector Package

Use the following steps to install OpenAir Connector Package in your OpenAir account:

1. Click Click to Install. The Install OpenAir Connector window is displayed.
   
2. Select a tile and click Install.
    
3. Once the Installation Complete message is displayed, click Done.
   
4. Navigate back to the connector installation page and click Verify Now.
   
   

After you set up the application the OpenAir - Salesforce Connector tile changes to ‘Success’ and you are redirected to the OpenAir - Salesforce Connector page.

The following are the two options available when you hover over the OpenAir - Salesforce Connector tile.

• Settings: Gear icon represents the ‘Settings’ and leads you to the data flows section.
• Dashboard: The speedometer icon represents the ‘Dashboard’ that leads you to the section where you can see the status of your data flows
