You can export Tax tables from NetSuite to Magento 1 through the connector automated process.
The data flow exports Tax Codes setup in NetSuite to Magento to create/update tax tables in NetSuite. The flow supports bi-directional sync between NetSuite and Magento.
Netsuite <--> Magento Tax Items
- Magento tax items have tax identifier (name), country and rate as the required fields and, country state and zipcode as desirable fields.
- In NetSuite, tax items can have different required fields, but in general, name, tax rate, tax type, tax agency are the required field. It will also require subsidiary to be set properly.
From Magento to NetSuite
Upon editing/creating a tax item on Magento, a request is sent to NetSuite using a custom API, that will invoke the real time flow to create/update corresponding item in NetSuite.

Upon editing/creating a tax item on NetSuite, a request is sent to Magento using a custom API, using real time flow to create/update corresponding item in Magento.
Note: Magento "Tax Rules", "Customer Tax Classes", "Product Tax Classes" are not synced under this Integration and need to be set up by the Customer prior to the sync.
The data flow exports the tax codes from Netsuite via a CSV file & posts it to a Magento FTP server. From there, Celigo integrator imports the file into Magento, as Magento only allows the updating of taxes via CSV upload.

In the Integrator.io, run the Tax Tables export flow.
When the flow successfully completes, the tax tables datasheet is exported to the FTP destination.
